Charlotte Vingerhoets

Charlotte obtained her Master of Laws in 2020 at the University of Antwerp. After completing her law studies, she pursued an additional Master’s degree in Corporate Law at the Catholic University of Leuven. Charlotte gained over three years of relevant experience at a Belgian law firm. In July 2025, she joined the Cazimir team.

Charlotte is a member of the Antwerp Bar.

Charlotte guides and advises clients on all aspects of corporate law in the broad sense (including company formations, drafting shareholder agreements and family business transfers).

In her free time, Charlotte can be found at the gym or out running in Park Den Brandt. She also enjoys city life, fashion, and hosting dinner parties.
